What is Neuroshaping?
Backed by the study of the brain and nervous system, Neuroshaping uses the science of neuroplasticity. This is the brain’s ability to restructure synaptic connections, especially in response to learning, experience or trauma.
Many mental health initiatives focus on mindset such as growth mindset, post-traumatic growth, and so on, and others emphasise positive psychology, building confidence, resilience, or grit, but these are isolated parts of a much bigger picture.
We don’t focus on just one thing.
